The Story

After a trip to New York and a game-changing first sip of a Pickleback (whiskey shot, pickle juice chaser), Florence Cherruault knew she had to bring the concept to the UK. She crafted a perfectly balanced Pickle Juice, designed for cocktails and smoothies, and in 2014, The Pickle House was born.

Why we got involved

The Pickle House stood out not just for its exceptional product but for Florence’s unwavering drive and creative vision. We saw an opportunity to complement her expertise with our own, helping to refine the brand’s strategy, scale operations, and bring her passion for premium pickle-based products to a wider audience.

How we’re helping

With two Great Taste Awards to its name, The Pickle House is now scaling up for international expansion, with a focus on airline travel and transport. We’ve integrated our expertise within the Pickle team to help streamline operations, optimising the supply chain, and refining financial models to support sustainable growth.

From production and manufacturing strategy to commercial planning, we’re working closely with Florence to ensure The Pickle House can efficiently meet increased demand. Our strategic input allows Florence to focus on product innovation and her larger vision for Pickle House.

Tapping into our unique partner resources, we were also able to facilitate the pre-launch of a new product with a test market on Crowdfunder.
